Last year's annual Christmas walk took place on Sunday 28th after the copious amounts of turkey but before the onslaught of a boozy New Year's Eve. We hit it lucky with the weather, a beautiful day for walking. This is something we do every year just to get everybody out and about after the Christmas binge, Pete Allman and Nick Edwards organise a different route every year and rekey it before hand, they did us proud this year with a walk that took us on a circuarlar trail of about two hours leaving the pub we went down to Jacksons bridge, the first field is where the dogs get there first taste of freedom it is mayhem. It’s the biggest game of chase you will ever see as they sort themselves out, we move along the canal up to the Lockside stores at Grindley Brook heading towards Wolvesacre Hall branching around to Agdon and then head back to The Blue Bell for soup and refreshments, I'm sure that everybody enjoy themselves and I would like say a big thank you to Pete and Nick from all.
